Writer's Guidelines

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE
RCN is published 6 times per year.

USPS INFO
RCN standard subscriptions are mailed using 3rd class “standard” post. Standard post IS NOT forwarded by the USPS. If you move, forward your mail, or forget to alert us to your new address — the USPS disposes of your RCN issue. If your RCN does not make it to you because of our or a USPS mistake, we’ll resend at no charge. If you forget to alert us to your new addess, there will be a resend charge of $5 per issue, per instance.

For those who move seasonally, move often, have mail problems, want RCN in an envelope, or want a bit faster service — we do offer a FIRST CLASS MAIL option.
